Payment Policy

This page explains how you can pay, when you are charged, and how your payment details are protected.

Accepted payment methods

We accept:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay
PayPal

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).

When you are charged

Your card is authorised when you place the order and charged when the order is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation containing your order number and a full breakdown of what you paid.

Payment security

Our checkout runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and is PCI-DSS compliant. Card details are handled directly by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers or visible to our staff. We do not have access to your full card number at any point.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, in line with the requirements of your state. The tax amount is always shown before you confirm payment — there are no charges added after checkout.

Declined payments

If your payment is declined, the order will not be placed and no funds are taken. Declines usually come from the card issuer rather than from us. Check the card details and billing address, then try again, or contact your bank. You may see a temporary authorisation hold on a declined attempt; this is released by your bank, typically within 3–5 business days.

Pricing accuracy

We take care to price everything correctly. In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and offer you the choice of paying the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund. We will never charge you more than the price you agreed at checkout without your consent.

Currency conversion

We charge in USD. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may apply a foreign transaction fee. That fee comes from your bank, not from us.
