These terms govern your use of modernwrenfield.store, operated by Modern Wrenfield. By using this site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You must provide accurate and complete information at checkout.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and finish. Product photographs are representative; screen calibration means colours may appear slightly different in person. Small variations in texture and grain are normal and are not defects. All measurements are approximate and given as a guide.

4. Pricing and availability

All prices are in USD and may change without notice, though a price change never affects an order already placed. Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or to decline an order, and to correct obvious pricing or description errors; where an order is affected we will contact you and refund in full if you do not wish to proceed.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where the delivery address is invalid, or where stock is unavailable; in each case any payment taken is refunded in full.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, logos and the Modern Wrenfield name — is owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape or harvest content or data from it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under applicable consumer protection law, which are not affected by these terms.
